Find a Valley County Records Office

Valley County Busted Mugshots is a private reference, not a government office. It cannot confirm custody, release anyone, post bond, or retrieve an official booking record. The agency that created or holds a record must answer those questions directly.

Official Valley County Contacts

For county law-enforcement and detention questions, start with the current Valley County Sheriff’s Office directory. The office is at 107 W Spring Street, Cascade, ID 83611. Sheriff: 208-382-7150; fax: 208-382-7170; sheriff@valleycountyid.gov. Records: 208-382-7173. Current records and evidence custodian: Brandi Huskey, bhuskey@valleycountyid.gov. Valley County Detention Facility: 208-382-7168; detention fax: 208-382-7175. Non-emergency dispatch: 208-382-5160; dispatch@valleycountyid.gov. County administration hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The Valley County Detention Facility page is the official jail information route, and the Sheriff Public Records Request page explains written requests for county records and photographs. For criminal case files, hearings, and dispositions, use the Valley County Court Clerk or the official iCourt portal. These offices, not this private reference, control the records and current custody answers.

Use the route that matches the record you need:

  • For a Valley County booking record or photograph, use the VCSO request form and the home mega-hub’s explanation of the county’s no-public-feed result and records fallback.
  • For a case or possible warrant, search iCourt and then use the Most Wanted Fugitives page for the separate state-fugitive and tip routes. A public result is not a custody confirmation.
  • For a recent arrest, begin with the home hub’s no-feed and records-request path. No official Valley County public booking or arrest-log feed was located, so a private page cannot confirm who was just arrested.
  • For release or court-date notifications, use VINELink. It is a notification service, not a booking-photo source and not a substitute for the clerk or jail.
  • For a McCall city record, use the McCall Police Department and its public-records request form. A county detention booking may still require VCSO.
  • For a Cascade city record, use the Cascade City Clerk route. The city’s law-enforcement page routes police questions through VCSO and does not establish a separate booking feed.
  • For a Donnelly city record, use the city’s public-records and forms page. It does not provide a separate Donnelly arrest roster, so the actual arresting agency must be confirmed.
  • For sentenced state custody, use the Idaho Department of Correction Resident/Client Search. It updates daily and answers a different custody question from a county booking.
  • For federal or immigration custody, use the Bureau of Prisons locator or ICE Online Detainee Locator. Neither replaces a Valley County jail or court record.
